The Six Sigma Green Belt online course by IBM India enhance skills in the improvement of projects and create a result oriented improvement culture. Online Six Sigma is a set of techniques and tools which seeks to focus on customer requirements through minimizing variability in manufacturing and improving process quality.A Six Sigma Black Belt is a professional who is well versed in the Six Sigma Methodology, who leads complex improvement projects, typically in a full-time capacity. ISO 14001:2004 provides distance guidance on how to manage the environmental aspects of your business activities more effectively, while taking into consideration environmental, protection, pollution, prevention and sociology-economic needs. The Online ISO 9001 model by IBM India is based on a specific management philosophy. The philosophy determines the structure, planning and implementation of the standard. It is the single most important element which is embedded within the standard. Total Quality Management is the organization-wide management of quality. Management consists of planning, organizing, directing, control, and assurance. Online Total quality is called total because it consists of two qualities: quality of return to satisfy the needs of the shareholders, and quality of products.Online Project management is a carefully planned and organized effort to accomplish a specific one time effort. Project management includes distance developing a project plan, which includes defining project goals and objectives, specifying tasks or how goals will be achieved, what resources are need, and associating budgets and timelines for completion.
